The original Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the above-mentioned procurement activity has been published on March 2, 2023. The following amendments are made to part of the SPN as follows:

1. Para. 6: The original text of para. 6, i.e., “Interested eligible Tenderers may purchase the Tender Document upon the submission of a written request (the written request shall be signed by the legal representative, and sealed for domestic Tenderers) to the address below by hand or by e-mail and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of CNY 6000 (CNY 2000 for Tender Document in English, CNY 1000 for translation version of Chinese and CNY 3000 for Drawings) on or before 17:00 PM, March 2, 2023, Beijing time” is amended as follows by deleting the date and deadline of purchasing the Tender Document:
