项目起点位于X439线桩号K7+446处（项目起点桩号为K0+000），终点位于官碑村（终点桩号为K2+320）。项目路线全长 2.32 公里，按山岭重丘四级公路技术标准改建，路基宽 5.5米，旧水泥砼路面宽3.0-4.0米，现需改造砼路面宽为4.5米，采用18厘米厚水泥混凝土路面+8 厘米厚石粉调平层。对于破损严重的路段，进行挖除旧路基层、面层后重铺基层、面层，其路面结构层为∶18厘米厚C35 砼路面+8厘米厚石粉层。沿线 加铺6厘米厚AC-13 沥青面层 4.5米宽，土路肩2×0.5米，桥涵与路基同宽，设计荷载为公路一Ⅱ级。
