02	关于吉木萨尔县开展2023年农村公路技术状况检测评定项目进行政府采购公告	根据《交通运输厅关于做好2023年农村公路技术状况检测评定工作的通知》（新交函〔2023〕47号）要求，做好“十四五”期中央车辆购置税和政府还贷二级公路取消收费后补助等相关资金“以奖代补”工作，准确摸清我县农村公路网的路面技术状况底数，为我县农村公路养护管理决策提供数据支持，加快构建养护管理长效机制奠定坚实的基础金的使用监管，做好检测评定与“以奖代补”等相关考核的衔接，充分发挥财政资金的引导作用，提高资金使用效益。 现需要对我县农村公路路面、路基、沿线设施技术状况检测评定周期每年不少于一次，并推动“人工+自动化”检测深度融合。其中:农村公路检测费共计64.14万元，桥梁检测费用22.9万元。我县2023年农村公路技术状况检测评定预算费用87.04万元，资金来源为上级补助资金。	870400	2023年05月
