1.代理服务收费标准：本项目的招标代理服务费按浙招协[2026]15号文件计：按成交金额的相应比例向成交单位收取，具体收费标准按差额定率累进法计算：100万元以下按1.5%收取，100-500万元按1.0%收取，最终不足壹万按壹万收，作为不可竞争费用，由成交单位在领取成交通知书之前支付。
