一、招标条件

本招标项目石家庄经济技术开发区智创谷、创业孵化园及配套设施建设项目纬三路东伸工程纬三路（塔西大街-塔中大街）施工已由 石家庄经济技术开发区行政审批局以石开审批字【2021】17号批准建设，招标人为石家庄经济技术开发区开发建设集团有限公司，建设资金来自政府，项目出资比例为政府100%。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

三、投标人资格要求

3.1 本次招标对投标人的资格要求如下:

其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具备 市政公用工程专业 贰级及以上注册建造师级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理。

3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.3 各投标人均可就本招标项目上述标段中的1个标段投标，但最多允许中标1个标段。
