根据漳州市市场监督管理局特种设备安全监察科提供的使用年限超过(含)15年的在用老旧电梯总数，结合实际清况，开展557台在用老旧电梯安全技术评估。

根据招标文件第五章招标内容及要求第二点技术和服务和要求、第三点商务要求、第四点其他事项执行。

合同签订后进行评估工作，于90天内完成557台电梯的评估工作并出具相应评估报告。
