一、招标条件

本招标项目石钢旧厂区一期2#地块项目公区精装修工程（暂估价）已由石家庄市行政审批局以石行审投资核字〔2025〕6号批准建设， 项目业主为中交三公局第六工程（河北）有限公司，建设资金来自企业自筹，项目出资比例为100%，招标人为中交三公局第六工程（河北）有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

二、项目概况与招标范围

2.2招标范围：工程量清单、图纸范围内的所有内容。

三、投标人资格要求

3.1 本次招标对投标人的资格要求如下:

3.1.1 资质要求：施工资质：旧版/施工/专业承包资质/建筑装修装饰工程专业承包/二级及以上；

3.1.2 信誉要求：投标人及其拟派项目经理未被列入失信被执行人名单（以开标当天投标截止后“中国执行信息公开网”的信息为准）。

3.1.3 其他要求：（1）投标人具有独立企业法人资格、有效营业执照。具备有效的企业安全生产许可证。不接受“资质预警”或“资质异常”企业投标。（2）专职安全生产管理人员具有对应有效的安全生产考核合格证书，配备人数 2 个。（3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加本标段投标，否则均按无效标处理 。

3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.3 各投标人均可就上述标段中的1个标段投标。
